Invoices are payable within the period stated in the proposal. Projects may be paused or delayed where agreed payments are outstanding.
3. Client responsibilities
The client provides timely access to required content, materials, accounts and feedback. Delays in providing these may affect agreed delivery dates. The client confirms it holds the rights to all materials it supplies to Mersin.
4. Intellectual property

6. Warranties and liability
Mersin warrants that deliverables will substantially match the agreed specification at handover. Mersin does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party services, hosting providers or platforms outside its control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mersin’s total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim.
